I understand the Captain and crew are to provide safe voyage on the vessel MIJOY. The boat has been surveyed and verified to be in excellent condition, meeting all USCG safety requirements. It will be my responsibility to inform the Captain and crew of any significant medical conditions and/or medications used that may be affected by vigorous exercise and/or boating. I will use the equipment provided "as if it was my own" and understand any "major" losses are my responsibility. I also agree that physical exercise and fishhooks potentially cause pain that cannot be deemed the responsibility of...MIJOY ADVENTURES ! ...and that by registering and sending my deposit I am acknowledging the above disclaimer
